Project goal:

Support improvement of the level of transparency and accountability, as well as mechanisms and practices of citizen participation in six municipalities of Ajara.

Project objectives:

  • Assess the level of transparency and accountability, as well as mechanisms and practices of citizen participation in six municipalities of Ajara;
  • Prepare a 2017 ranking and a national report and publish it on the local self-government index platform – www.lsgindex.org.

Donors and Partners:

The project is implemented by the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), the Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC) and the Management Systems Development Center (MSDC) with the financial support of the Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF).
