Improve public participation in local decision-making

Project goal:

Increase the degree of participative democracy through improved involvement of the public in a local decision-making process.

Project objectives:

• Identify local needs / develop prioritization methodology / facilitate introduction;
• Develop specific recommendations for publicity and effectiveness of self-government as well as citizen participation in its activities;
• Increase the degree of public awareness;
• Enhance qualification and skills of self-government servants.
