Project goal
Facilitate active participation of civil society organizations in the field of policy dialogue and monitoring, equip them with relevant knowledge and skills to better reflect local community needs at the policy planning, implementation, and evaluation stage, and make public authorities more accountable, transparent, and participatory approaches oriented.
Project objectives
• Create electronic distance learning courses in various fields: public policy, research methodology, advocacy & lobbying, public finances, fundamentals of economics, monitoring activities of state institutions, public participation, result and impact-oriented project management, monitoring of state procurement;
• Announce small grant programs for CSOs, while for students, provide an opportunity of paid internships at local CSOs;
• Organize annual thematic forums to facilitate joint efforts of local development actors.
