Training For Adjara Ministries And Department Of Tourism Staff

On September 12-19, 2008 Training in to HR Management and Effective Communication has been held for the benefit of Adjara Ministries and Tourism Department representatives in Batumi Intourist Hotel Conference Hall.

Training aimed at increase of theoretical knowledge of the personnel of the Ministries and Tourism Department of Public Administration, Project and Team Management basics and delivery of innovations thus helping authorities of the bodies mentioned to improve management practices and increase performance efficiency.

Training dealt with manifold HR Management and Effective Communication related issues such as Planning of Labor Resources; Selection/Hire; Career Management; Work Assessment; Corporate Culture; Models of Effective Communication; Levels of Communication; Factors of Efficient Spread of Information; Non-verbal Communication; Questioning Techniques; Listening and Behavior Types; Arguing Techniques and so forth.

Training has been conducted by Civil Society Institute within the framework of USAID Public Administration Reform Program.
