Project goal
Evaluate an enabling environment of civil society in Eastern European Partnership countries through CSO METER, a new monitoring tool, and create a framework to facilitate regular and consistent monitoring of an operational environment of civil society organizations.

• Develop advocacy campaigns based on recommendations and evidence to improve an enabling environment of civil society organizations.
